Training is often treated as a one-off tick box professional development exercise. A finite interaction that’s restricted to the objectives of that particular trainer or course.Learning is never finished. A newly identified skill gap, a new industry trend or technology, a change in your team or company, a disruption in your market – these are all real changes, happening today, that mean there will always be something new to learn.
