Approximately one week before the course you’ll get access to the Kademy learning platform. You’ll be able to meet your trainer and fellow participants, explore key resources, and complete some short pre-reading activities. Taking this time in advance will ensure you arrive ready to contribute and get the most out of the workshop experience.
Next, you’ll come together for a live virtual workshop to get specific about what makes certain conversations ‘difficult’ and why they can derail. You’ll use that theory to think critically about your own behaviour patterns and default responses, learning techniques that can deliver more constructive outcomes for you and your stakeholders. You’ll also work in coaching pairs to create a personal plan so you can start making changes straight away..
Finally, you’ll receive follow-up materials to continue your learning and have the opportunity to complete a quiz to earn your Certificate of Completion.
