01 What does Kademy do?
Kademy helps communication leaders, teams and individual communication professionals build the skills and capabilities they need to succeed. Its services include communications training, team skills assessments, AI readiness benchmarking, tailored learning programmes, coaching, peer roundtables, research and practical resources.
02 Who does Kademy work with?
Kademy works with communication leaders, organisational communication teams and individual communication professionals. This includes people working across internal communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, digital communications, change communications and related roles.
03 What communications training does Kademy offer?
Kademy offers practical, expert-led training across key communication areas including agile planning, measurement, stakeholder influence, change communication, writing and storytelling, and the emerging use of AI across communications.
Training can be delivered as part of a customised team-wide programme, while selected courses are also available for individual communication professionals to book.
04 Can Kademy create a customised training programme for our communications team?
Yes. Kademy can design a fully customised learning programme based on your organisation’s objectives or challenges, your team’s current capability and the skills you need to develop.
The programme may combine skills assessment, live training, practical resources, peer learning, coaching and ongoing development activities. This helps ensure that training is relevant to your team rather than delivered as a generic, one-off workshop that is quickly forgotten.
05 How can Kademy help identify skills gaps in a communication team?
Kademy uses its Skills and Competency Assessment to evaluate the current capabilities of a communication team and compare them to functional benchmarks.
The assessment helps leaders understand where the team is performing strongly, where development may be needed and which skills should be prioritised. The results can then inform a focused communication training and development programme.
06 What is Kademy’s Skills and Competency Assessment?
Kademy’s Skills and Competency Assessment is an organisational assessment designed to help communication leaders understand the strengths and development needs of their team.
It provides aggregated, objective data that can be used to identify capability gaps, prioritise learning and create a more targeted team development plan. It can also help leaders understand how their team compares to those in other organisations to guide recruitment and budgeting decisions.
The full team assessment is different from Kademy’s shorter individual skills quiz, which is intended to help individual communicators explore their own skill development needs.
07 What is the AI Readiness Survey for Communicators?
The AI Readiness Survey helps communication leaders understand how prepared their team is to adopt AI into their day-to-day work.
It assesses the team’s current knowledge, confidence and interest in using AI across a range of use cases, while also surfacing priority use cases and potential barriers to adoption. The findings can help an organisation plan appropriate training, support a team as it works towards company-led AI objectives and identify where AI could add the most value across workflows and processes.
08 Does Kademy support individual communication professionals?
Yes. Kademy supports individual communicators who want to develop their skills, progress their careers or build confidence in a specific area of communications.
Individuals can explore Kademy’s training course calendar, practical resources and individual skills quiz to identify relevant development opportunities.
09 Can individuals book Kademy’s communications courses?
Yes. Individual communication professionals can book places on selected public Kademy courses.
These courses are designed for people who want to develop practical skills they can use in their current role, prepare for greater responsibility or strengthen a particular area of communication expertise.
Availability, dates and booking details should be checked on the relevant course page.
10 Are Kademy’s public courses delivered online?
Kademy’s public training courses are delivered virtually unless the individual course page states otherwise.
Virtual delivery allows communication professionals from different locations to participate. Each course page will confirm the session dates, times, time zone and delivery format before any booking is made.
11 Can international participants attend Kademy courses?
Yes. International participants may be able to attend Kademy’s virtual public courses. One of the strengths of virtual delivery is the opportunity to connect communicators so they can learn from each other as well as from Kademy’s experts.
Before booking, participants should check the course time zone, session schedule and any attendance requirements to make sure the course is suitable for their location.
12 How does Kademy support communication leaders?
Kademy gives communication leaders access to expert support, practical insight and opportunities to learn from peers in other organisations.
Support may include any combination of coaching, strategic guidance, confidential leader roundtables, intelligence briefings, team assessments and tailored capability-development programmes. This gives leaders space to address immediate challenges while also keeping ahead of current trends and planning for the future of their communication function.
13 Does Kademy offer personal coaching and peer roundtables?
Yes. Kademy offers one-to-one coaching and peer-learning opportunities for communication leaders.
Coaching provides an independent space to work through leadership, team and organisational challenges. Roundtables allow senior communication professionals to discuss emerging issues, compare experiences and learn how other organisations are responding.
14 How much does Kademy training cost?
The cost of Kademy training depends on the type of support required.
For individual courses, prices are shown on the relevant course or booking page. For organisational programmes, pricing will depend on factors such as team size, programme length, delivery format, level of tailoring and whether assessments, coaching or ongoing support are included.
Organisations should contact Kademy to discuss their requirements and request a tailored proposal.
